Career Leadership Opportunity (CLO) Program
The purpose of the JBS Career Leadership Opportunity (CLO) Program is to attract talented, recent graduates from select US colleges and universities, as well as current employees for plant opportunities, who will become leaders in our business through practical training and career development.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program
• Learn the job functions within all areas of one of our beef processing plants
• Training includes: orientation classes, Total Quality Management (TQM) class, leadership training, tours of our facilities, on-the-job training and development of a Final Project
• Recent graduate with a Bachelors or Masters Degree
• Degree in Animal Science, Meat Science, Food Safety, Agricultural Business, Manufacturing, Biology, Agronomy, Mechanical, Industrial and Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field
• Willingness to travel and relocate within the U.S. or globally
• Strong computer skills
• Fluency in a second language is preferred, but not required
• Leadership experience in college/university or other business/ organization setting is a plus
